Lead a CONNECT Group

Becoming a CONNECT Group leader is a rewarding way to make a difference in the lives of others while deepening your own faith.

What Does a CONNECT Group Leader Do?
  • Facilitate group discussions and encourage participation.
  • Create a welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable.
  • Pray for your group members and support them in their walk with Christ.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics such as time, location, and materials (with church support).

What Support Will I Receive?
You won’t be alone! Our team will:
  • Provide training to prepare you for leading effectively.
  • Offer ongoing resources like study materials, discussion guides, and spiritual encouragement.
  • Be available to answer questions and assist you as needed.

Who Can Lead a CONNECT Group?
If you’re a committed follower of Christ, regularly attend East Somerset Baptist Church, and feel called to leadership, we encourage you to apply. Whether you’re experienced or new to leading, we’ll equip you to succeed.
