1. Any family with students in East Somerset student or kids ministries.
2. Any Student 9th grade and up without a parent. 
3. Adult Chaperones who would like to help with students and logistics

When is it?
April 3-7

Where is all this taking place?
The cruise leaves from Miami, Florida on Monday April 3rd 2023.  Every family is welcome to get there however they choose. (air, car, sea, horseback, etc) However, we will caravan down in the church vans for any students who are attending. Those driving down with us in the caravan will leave Sunday April 2nd after church. We will stop halfway overnight to break up the drives. 

The cruise makes stops in Nassau Bahamas and Coco Cay.

The cruise returns to Miami on Friday morning April 7th. We will drive back and will make it back to Somerset on Saturday April 8th. 

How much is it?
Interior Double Room - $473(rate) + $118.16 (taxes, fees, ports) + $64 (gratuities)  = $655 total per person (double occupancy). All families will book their own party with our group ID. 

Unfortunately, there are no rooms available that accommodate more than 2 people.  Therefore, each two people in your family will get a separate, but adjacent room.   If, for example, you have a family of 4, you would get two side by side rooms but how you choose to arrange sleeping is completely up to you. 

(there is an option to upgrade to other room categories for an additional charge)

This per person rate includes all unlimited food and drinks and activities on the ship.  (spa services and premium restaurants are extra)

Excursions at Nassau and Coco Cay are extra, but we are working on covering costs of students for several excursion group activities. 

Other details:
The trip will be very laid back and a chance for students and families can connect, relax, and refresh.  Each day there will be a group bible study at a specific time and location on the ship.  

IMPORTANT

We currently are gaging interest in the trip and need a commitment of at least 16 total people (or 8 state rooms) in order to move forward.  

To lock in the group rates, we must have this minimum commitment by Sunday January 15th.  On Sunday January 15th, we will simply look at the number of registrations and if we are over the minimum number we will move forward.  I will contact everyone on the list with the results and the next steps.

If moving forward, deposits and fares would be due soon after on Jan 17th in order to guarantee rates and availability.
